Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in human resources or a similar professional capacity.
Working knowledge of employment laws, payroll procedures, and HR compliance.
Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
Availability to work standard business hours with flexibility for special projects or events.
