Sentara Healthcare is currently recruiting for a Full Time HR Representative for the Human Resources in Norfolk, VA. Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor\'s Degree Preferred.
  • Bachelors or Associates Degree requires 1 or more years of Human Resources and/or customer support experience.
  • No degree requires 3 or more years of Human Resources experience and/or customer support.
  • Basic knowledge of HR Solutions.
Delivers service professionally and efficiently, providing prompt assistance while managing expectations to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Provides real-time, accurate, and comprehensive responses to telephone and written inquiries regarding general HR-related issues, policies, procedures, and processes. Escalates complex issues, where applicable. Processes employee-related transactions accurately based on research, employee-specific information, and process guidelines. Maintains appropriate documentation and records for HR-related cases in the HR Help Desk.
