Job Description

Greiner Buildings is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to lead and manage our human resources operations. This role is critical to supporting our growing team, ensuring compliance, strengthening internal systems, and upholding the values and culture of Greiner Buildings. The ideal candidate is organized, fiscally responsible, technologically competent, and eager to learn and apply new knowledge in a fast-paced, construction-based environment.


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)



3+ years of HR or administrative management experience (construction or trade industry experience a plus)



Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management



Experience with SharePoint or similar document management systems preferred



Knowledge of OSHA standards, insurance coordination, and compliance processes



Highly organized, detail-oriented, and fiscally responsible



Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the company

Human Resources & Compliance




Oversee all HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, personnel records, and policy administration Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Manage OSHA compliance, safety documentation, training records, and audits Coordinate workers' compensation, insurance policies, and annual renewals Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion

Systems & Technology




Maintain and manage SharePoint libraries for HR, safety, and company resources Utilize spreadsheets and HR systems for tracking payroll data, benefits, compliance, and reporting Ensure accurate documentation and version control across internal systems Support leadership with data-driven insights and organized reporting

Financial & Administrative Oversight




Demonstrate fiscal responsibility when managing benefits, insurance costs, and HR-related expenses Assist with budgeting and cost-control initiatives related to HR and compliance Coordinate with accounting and leadership on payroll, benefits, and reporting accuracy

Training & Continuous Improvement




Support employee training initiatives, certifications, and professional development Stay current on HR best practices, OSHA requirements, and compliance updates Show a strong willingness to learn company systems, construction-industry requirements, and internal processes

Professional Standards




Represent Greiner Buildings with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality Communicate clearly and effectively with leadership, employees, and external partners * Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
