We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to lead and oversee human resources functions within the fast-paced Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR operations, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Partner with leadership to drive organizational transformation, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives. * Rebuild trust and credibility within the HR function by consistently delivering on commitments.

• Lead and execute key HR programs, including performance management, talent development, and change management.
• Support the adoption and effective use of digital HR tools and systems.
• Provide hands-on HR support to local leadership while contributing to broader strategic HR initiatives across North America.
• Collaborate closely with peers across multiple locations to align on best practices and global HR priorities.
• Manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the HR team to achieve departmental goals.

A successful HR Manager should have:
7-10 years of progressive experience in HR, including leadership or business partner roles. * Demonstrated success in change management, transformation, and strategic HR execution.

• Strong proficiency with HR systems, digital tools, and data-driven decision-making.
• Solid understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws within the FMCG industry.
• Proven expertise in managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
