Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and organized HR Manager to support the hiring, training, and retention of our CAREGiver team. This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills, excellent communication, and a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of aging adults and the CAREGivers who serve them.
Primary Responsibilities:
o
Supervise and support our CAREGiver workforce
o
Process applications and respond to applicant inquiries
o
Prescreen, schedule, and conduct interviews
o
Complete background checks, reference checks, and MVRs
o
Make CAREGiver hiring decisions
o
Coordinate and conduct CAREGiver Orientation and training
o
Provide ongoing coaching and support throughout employment
o
Maintain CAREGiver retention and recognition programs
Qualifications:
o
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
o
Excellent organizational skills
o
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
o
Leadership ability with a coaching mindset
o
Comfortable presenting in one-on-one and small group settings
o
Proficient computer skills
o
Professional, dependable, honest
o
21+ years old with High School Diploma or GED
o
HR/Office experience preferred but not required
