  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel, recruitment, selection, compensation, benefits, labor relations, human resources information systems
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership technique
  • Group presentation skills with the ability to conduct effective meetings
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with a diverse workforce
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluent English in order to communicate with fellow CASTmembers and the general public
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary
Qualifications
  • The successful candidate must undergo drug testing and a background search, including employment verification
  • A clear MVR record for the past 3 years is required, for possible driving on company time
  • Certifications will be verified
  • 5-7 Years of Human Resource experience preferred
