Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
HR Generalist
to support our growing HR team. This role will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including HRIS management, compliance, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will bring critical thinking, solid HR expertise, and a proactive approach to supporting employees and management across the organization.

What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2
years of HR Generalist experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically and solve problems
Proficient in
HRIS data management
Experience with
disciplinary action support
and
performance management
Solid understanding of
HR compliance
and employment legislation
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Experience with Paycom/other HRIS systems
