We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the daily operations of the HR department and ensuring the efficient management of HR functions. You will work closely with employees and management to address HR-related matters, promote a positive workplace culture, and help drive organizational success. Your key responsibilities will include:
Employee Relations: Counsel supervisors and managers on HR policies and procedures, performance concerns or office relationships, support the annual performance review process, and guide leaders in creating a positive workplace culture.
HR Data/HRIS: Maintain accurate HR records and employee files. Utilize HRIS software to manage employee data, track time and attendance, and generate HR-related reports.
Recruitment: Support the full recruitment cycle, build relationships with hiring managers, and assist departments in developing advertisement strategies.
International Employment: Serve as the primary HR liaison for international employment matters. Collaborate with the international office, Shared International Employment Services, employees, and supervisors to navigate immigration processes.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Human Resources or a comparable field, preferably as an HR Generalist.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and experience with difficult conversations.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong, proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS/Data Management and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
