The HR Employee Services Administrator assists with ongoing operational processes, audits, and HR administrative duties to ensure business line and employees needs are met within agreed service level agreements and federal regulations.

Manages a queue of assigned service requests and ensures timely processing and resolution occurs within specified service level agreement.

Maintains necessary personnel files and paperwork while upholding and protecting confidential employee information.

Performs back-up support to other general HR administration or administrative tasks.

Maintains a useful working knowledge of company policies, procedures, government regulations and commonly accepted business ethics.

Maintains a clear understanding of legal and compliance requirements related to assigned areas and projects.

Work with Center of Expertise members to provide high-level focused quality customer service and resolution to non-routine escalated inquiries.

Handle sensitive company and personal information, which requires a high degree of confidentiality.

Interprets customer needs accurately and develops workable technical and non-technical business solutions.

Researches and resolves discrepancies within Case Management System.

Performs back-up support to other general HR administration or administrative tasks.

Location: The role will be hybrid in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Basic Qualifications:

2-year college or post-secondary coursework in related field or applicable work experience

1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or other applicable customer service role

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Experience with business process improvement

Case Management and HCM systems experience

Communicate ideas in a clear, concise, and respectful manner in both written and verbal form to a variety of audiences

Time Management: Skilled in focusing on desired results, determining what is important and urgent, clarifying next steps and achieve desired results.

Innovative Problem Solving: Identify and document problems Use reason logic and intuition to define problems.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.63 - $27.50 - $30.25
