Job

Summary





The HR Data Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of HR data and systems. This position supports the HR mission to move fast, fearless, and focused -- streamlining data processes, improving system performance, and enabling data-driven decisions. The role bridges day-to-day transactional excellence with participation in HRIS improvement projects and system upgrades.



What

you'll

do:





Data Integrity & Transactions





Accurately enter, maintain, and audit employee data in the HRIS (hires, transfers, terminations, job changes, pay changes, etc.) Monitor data quality, troubleshoot errors, and resolve discrepancies promptly Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with company policy and data standards

System Support





Serve as a point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries from site HR and business users Participate in HRIS testing, validation, and rollout of new features or modules Document and communicate system updates, process changes, and training materials Identify opportunities for process efficiency and recommend enhancements

Reporting & Analytics Support





Prepare and distribute standard HR reports (headcount, turnover, attendance, etc.) Assist in building or formatting dashboards and metrics for HR leaders Maintain data templates and support ad hoc data requests under HR leadership direction

Project & Process Improvement





Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives, system upgrades, and standardization projects across the region Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, HRIS, and IT to ensure seamless data flow and consistency Support the HR commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and digital transformation

What

you'll

bring





Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Equivalent experience in HR data, systems, or operations considered

experience

Skills





2-4 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or data coordination Experience maintaining employee data in HR systems, UKG preferred (Workday, SAP, ADP, UKG, or similar) Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion Prior participation in HR systems projects or process improvement initiatives a plus

Technical Skills





Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, formulas) Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting concepts Comfortable navigating and learning new HR systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy
