File, update, and organize HR related data and documents, including new hire and termination records, I-9 and W-4 forms, utilizing HRIS.
Contact applicants and schedule in-person and online interviews.
Complete weekly payroll reports and gather necessary information, including time-off records, timecards, and insurance-related data.
Participate in corporate event planning to strengthen team collaboration and develop a positive workplace culture.
Facilitate onboarding by introducing teams and explaining benefits and policies to ensure a smooth integration and create a welcoming experience.
Assist in preparing turnover data for the quarterly employee analysis reports.
Support regular HR check-ins with employees to address concerns.
Research current HR trends and labor laws to update and enhance HR practices within the organization.
Manage and process vehicle and license renewals, ensuring required regulations.
Process purchase requests, placing orders for necessary office supplies.
Prepare and submit monthly reimbursement resolution forms.
Any other HR and Business Administration-related tasks not mentioned above.
Qualifications
Proficiency in both Korean and English (required)
Experience using Microsoft Office and HR-related software
Degree or professional experience related to the field
