Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an

HR Analyst

to join their team. As an

you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting the Employee Engagement and Talent Development Teams.

What's the Job?

Promote employer branding through community outreach, school partnerships, and sponsored events. Coordinate vendor and recruiting partner activities, including interview scheduling and candidate communications. Conduct and analyze exit interviews to help drive employee satisfaction and retention. Compile and report on key HR metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making. Support leadership training programs by managing external providers and organizing training sessions.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 3-5 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Experience in payroll and maintaining confidential information is a plus.
