We're looking for a dependable, detail-focused

Houseman

who thrives behind the scenes and takes pride in maintaining the impeccable standards our guests have come to expect.

What You'll Do

Keep guest rooms, public spaces, and staff areas fresh, clean, and guest-ready Support housekeeping by replenishing linens, stripping rooms, and removing trash Respond quickly and courteously to guest service requests Assist with meeting and event setups--including moving furniture and equipment Track supplies and linens, and report shortages or damages Tackle deep-cleaning projects and seasonal refreshes as needed Work in sync with housekeeping and maintenance to maintain a polished environment Represent the warmth and professionalism that defines the White Mountain experience

What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic and high attention to detail Positive, collaborative team spirit Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication and guest service skills Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Physically able to lift, bend, move furniture, and stand for extended periods
