Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and presentable. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance needs promptly. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and addressing any concerns in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. Assist with carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks as required. Support housekeeping management in maintaining operational efficiency.

Experience

Previous experience in nursing home or residential cleaning preferred but not required. Familiarity with housekeeping practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is advantageous.
