DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and coordinate the actvites of housekeeping sta?
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Maintain housekeeping supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitaton policies
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Computer skills and knowledge of general computer programs
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products.
- Ability to grasp, lift, carry or otherwise move materials weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to move throughout building, bend, stoop and reach to assist other sta?
members, to complete their individual tasks if situation demands.
- E?ective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive organizational skills and be bilingual.
- Always maintain a professional appearance and manner.
- Be able to work in a standard position for long periods of time.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work varying shiVs. Availability to (Saturday, Sunday
