Housekeeping Supervisor

to oversee the cleanliness and presentation of our hotel. If you take pride in creating welcoming spaces and enjoy leading a team, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure all guest rooms and public spaces meet brand standards Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service Inspect rooms and common areas, addressing deficiencies promptly Manage housekeeping supply inventory and place orders as needed Prepare daily room assignment sheets and coordinate work schedules Support team members with hands-on cleaning when needed Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards Collaborate with management to maintain high guest satisfaction scores

Qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping/hospitality, preferably in a supervisory role Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness Ability to lead and motivate a team * Excellent communication and organizational skills
