As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and organization of our community. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that residents' living spaces are kept clean, safe, and welcoming. Your duties will include:

Supervising and training housekeeping staff Creating cleaning schedules and ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner Inspecting resident rooms and common areas to ensure they meet our high cleanliness standards Ordering and maintaining housekeeping supplies Handling resident requests and feedback with professionalism and compassion

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities A compassionate and patient demeanor The ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
