The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Housekeeping Manager and Director of Housekeeping in the rooms cleaning process that meets all Spruce Peak standards. The Supervisor also works together with the Housekeeping Manager and the Director of Housekeeping in establishing standards of service and cleanliness and interprets these standards to employees through training and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred
• Experience in high volume establishments
• Attention to detail
• Customer service experience
• Operate effectively in stressful situations
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to adapt to changing guest needs
• Flexible schedule to include mornings, evenings, both weekend days and holidays as needed
• Must be 18 years of age or older
