What You'll Do:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:


Supervising the housekeeping team to ensure high performance through effective selection, training, coaching, and evaluation. Managing detailed cleaning schedules for resident apartments, including floors, furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, and trash removal, and inspecting resident refrigerators for expired food. Overseeing resident linen services, including removal, washing, drying, folding, and proper storage of linens, towels, and personal items. Ensuring the community's exceptional presentation by maintaining spotless and odor-free common areas, buildings, grounds, and apartments. Implementing operational processes, procedures, and best practices that meet company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations. Managing departmental functions, including supply inventory, budget, staffing, record-keeping, and maintaining the physical appearance of the community.

What

We're

Looking For:

1+ years of environmental services experience in a senior living or related industry. Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred). The ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse groups including colleagues, clients and various business contacts at various levels ranging from front-line employees to senior executives. The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse groups, navigate challenging situations, and make sound decisions. Strong technical skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to maintain confidential and privileged information (including HIPAA, residents, and associates).
