Overview

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. You'll lead a dedicated team of housekeeping staff, fostering an environment of excellence in cleanliness and hospitality. Your leadership will ensure that our guests experience the highest standards of comfort and satisfaction during their stay.

What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness standards. Train and mentor team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all areas are well-stocked and maintained. Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Implement and uphold housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the facility. Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, including staff performance and maintenance needs.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in cleaning and floor care within a hospitality or hotel environment.

Preferred qualifications

Previous supervisory or management experience in housekeeping or custodial services. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and janitorial experience is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
