Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. You will lead a dedicated team of housekeeping staff, overseeing daily operations to create a welcoming environment for guests. Your leadership and attention to detail will ensure that every corner shines and that our guests enjoy an exceptional experience.

What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness standards. Train and mentor team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize staff productivity while meeting guest needs. Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the facility.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care procedures, and janitorial practices.

Preferred qualifications

Previous hotel experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and custodial experience is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively lead a diverse team.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
