Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the housekeeping operations of the facility/hotel, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and usage
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain records and prepare reports on housekeeping activities, including budgeting and cost control

Requirements:
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hospitality or custodial setting
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning practices
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and other departments
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

Pay: $16.77 - $20.20 per hour
