As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our establishment. You'll oversee daily operations, implement cleaning protocols, and foster a culture of excellence in hospitality.

What you'll do

Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility. Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house facilities. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and address any issues promptly. Train new team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate housekeeping needs and maintain seamless operations. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all resources are available for team use. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, motivation, and professional growth.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and janitorial practices. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.

Preferred qualifications

Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Experience in custodial roles or janitorial services can enhance your candidacy.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
