Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our facility.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet quality standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote professional development and enhance team performance. Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels. Implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for various surfaces including floors, carpets, and upholstery. Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high levels of guest satisfaction.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
