NM Hospitality is seeking a dedicated

Housekeeping Supervisor

for a full-time, on-site role in

Coraopolis, PA

. This position is responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, training and managing housekeeping staff, and working closely with hotel management to enhance guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet brand and cleanliness standards. Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and compliance with company policies. Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping team members to maintain high performance and efficiency. Assign daily tasks and schedules to housekeeping staff based on occupancy and operational needs. Monitor housekeeping inventory, including linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities, to ensure adequate stock levels. Collaborate with maintenance and front desk teams to address room readiness, guest requests, and any facility issues. Ensure all safety and sanitation protocols are followed in accordance with company and industry guidelines. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of housekeeping team members. Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including inspections, supply usage, and work orders. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or complaints regarding room cleanliness and resolve issues effectively. Perform cleaning duties as needed to support the team during peak times or staffing shortages. Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping supervisory or leadership experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to train and lead a diverse housekeeping team effectively. Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and safety regulations. Experience with housekeeping software or scheduling systems is a plus. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
