Job Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Assist in the organization and management of cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are maintained regularly. Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, addressing any concerns or requests with professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in cleaning management or related training. Experience working in a healthcare or residential facility.
