Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment. Carry out floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness throughout the facility. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues promptly. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and presentable for guests. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests in a friendly and professional manner. Conduct carpet cleaning as necessary to maintain the appearance of carpets in guest rooms and public areas. Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Skills

Experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred. Strong knowledge of sanitization practices and cleaning techniques. Ability to perform floor care tasks efficiently, including carpet cleaning. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Basic cooking skills are a plus for assisting with meal preparation.
