As a Housekeeping Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. You will lead a dynamic team dedicated to creating an inviting atmosphere for guests while overseeing all housekeeping operations. Your expertise in cleaning, floor care, and management will be essential as you drive excellence in service delivery and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleaning services across the property. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards. Oversee floor care operations, ensuring proper techniques and products are used for various surfaces. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability while adhering to budget constraints. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Provide training and ongoing support to staff on best practices in housekeeping and safety protocols. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences through effective communication and teamwork. Address any guest concerns or feedback regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in housekeeping management or a related field within the hospitality industry.

Preferred qualifications

Strong background in industrial cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial management. Familiarity with hotel operations and customer service principles. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to lead a diverse team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
