What you'll do

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Supervise and train housekeeping staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration. Manage laundry operations, ensuring all linens and uniforms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to uphold cleanliness and safety protocols. Coordinate with management to address any maintenance issues or special requests from guests. Implement efficient cleaning schedules and processes for optimal productivity. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all items are stocked and in good condition. Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting best practices in custodial care.

Experience

5+ years of experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles within a hospitality or commercial setting. Supervisory experience is essential; previous management roles in housekeeping are preferred. Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Familiarity with laundry operations and commercial cleaning standards is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
