Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential or commercial settings, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and other designated spaces Conduct floor care tasks including buffing, polishing, and applying protective coatings as needed Assist with custodial tasks such as waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and minor maintenance tasks Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly

Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, custodial work, or related fields such as industrial or commercial cleaning Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing Ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Physical ability to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Prior experience with facilities maintenance or porter duties is a plus Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards Reliable transportation may be required depending on the work location

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 - 32.0 per week
