What you'll do

Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, hallways, and common areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels. Restock supplies such as toiletries and linens to ensure all guest needs are met promptly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team. Collaborate with other hotel staff to provide exceptional service to guests. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. Assist in training new housekeeping staff members on best practices and hotel standards.

Basic qualifications

Experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred.

Preferred qualifications

Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with floor care techniques and cleaning equipment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team environment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
