As a Floor Supervisor, you'll oversee daily housekeeping operations, inspect rooms and public areas, and guide team members to deliver exceptional service. By maintaining accurate records, enforcing safety protocols, and fostering a positive work environment, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, four-diamond experience for every guest at Live! Casino & Hotel.
Responsibilities:
Where You'll Make an Impact:

• Supervise assigned floors and ensures that all rooms, hallways, and lobbies are cleaned to Live! Casino & Hotel Standards
• Maintain records, including repairs needed, lost and found items, and quality of work completed by employees; reports needed repairs and prepare service call requests for maintenance
• Completes room status reports in the morning and afternoon and forwards them to the Housekeeping office
• Inspects rooms in the written form daily to ensure that service levels are in accordance with quality standards
• Counsels and discipline employees that violate department policies, practices or procedures through progressive counseling guidelines
• Create a good work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction and training
• Manages the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the company's core values.
• Conducts daily briefings and instructs employees on the products used for cleaning in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) chemical Right to Know standards.
• Responds to emergency situations.

• Effectively communicate English with guests, management, and other associates to their understanding. Additional foreign language a plus.

Qualifications:
Must-Haves:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 years of experience in Housekeeping or Hotel Operations

• Pushing/Pull up to 40lbs
• Carry up to 15lbs
• Frequent Bending / kneeling
• Frequent Walking
• Frequent Standing
• Some Sitting

Working Conditions:

• 24/7 high energy casino with over 300,000 sq. ft of gaming and entertainment space and approximately 3000 employees.
