Job Description
The Hotel Floor Checker is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, and the proper process of maintaining rooms, maintaining a clean and organized facility, training employees, hiring and directing employees, tracking employee progress, knowing and maintaining safety requirements, and reporting and following up on maintenance issues.

Essential Functions:
Provide exceptional guest Service and resolve any guest complaints appropriately. Check rooms when Housekeepers are finished to ensure cleanliness. Restock carts, linen closets, and other items necessary to perform Housekeeping position. Report all incidents to Housekeeping Manager. Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. Resolve problems quickly and accurately, and follow directions thoroughly. Perform functions under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment. Answer questions for guests regarding local area facilities and points of interest. Work cohesively with a team to accomplish assigned duties.

Required:
Current or former housekeeping experience is mandatory. * 18 years of age.
