Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service will ensure that our clients enjoy a clean and welcoming environment.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing. Execute floor care duties such as carpet cleaning, waxing, and polishing hard surfaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in accordance with safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and responding to inquiries promptly. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas while adhering to sanitation protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks.

Experience

Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred. Familiarity with janitorial practices and housekeeping management is a plus. Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel settings is advantageous. Skills in cooking may be beneficial for certain roles requiring meal preparation. A strong understanding of sanitation standards and floor care techniques is essential. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
