Westmoreland Place is seeking a Housekeeping aide. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly atmosphere at a leading Skilled Nursing Facility our hours are 08:00am to 04:30pm. Weekends included

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Clean/polish furnishing, fixtures, ledges, room heating/cooling units in resident rooms, recreational areas, ect. daily as instructed



Clean, wash, sanitize bathrooms in resident rooms and recreation areas daily as instructed



Clean floors, to include sweeping, mopping, disinfecting



Clean Walls and Ceilings by washing, wiping, dusting, spot cleaning, disinfection, and deodorizing.



Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner



Clean vacant rooms as assigned



Ensure that work/assignment areas are clean and that equipment, tools, supplies etc., are properly stored at all times, as well as before leaving such areas for breaks, meals and end or work day.



Perform isolation cleaning procedures in accordance with established infection control procedures.





Candidate works in all areas of the facility and is involved with residents, personnel, visitors, government agencies/personnel, etc.Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with the residents, and personnel.
