Housekeeper/Server - Beehive Cottages Independent Living Community

Monday-Friday | 7:45 a.m.-3:00 p.m. | $17-$19per hour based on experience and qualifications

Beehive Cottages is a senior

independent living

community where residents enjoy the comfort and privacy of their own individual cottages. As part of our commitment to maintaining a warm and welcoming environment, we provide weekly housekeeping services and daily dining support to ensure our residents feel truly at home.

We are seeking a

Housekeeper/Server

to join our dedicated team. In this key role, you will directly support the comfort, cleanliness, and dining experience of our residents--helping maintain the exceptional standard Beehive Cottages is known for.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping

Provide weekly housekeeping services in resident cottages. Maintain excellent cleanliness in cottages, the community center, and employee areas. Monitor living conditions and report maintenance or safety concerns to the Administrator. Manage trash removal and transport items to the community dumpster.

Dining Services

Understand our food services and daily menus to assist with resident questions. Follow Beehive Cottages' table-setting standards and ensure condiments are stocked. Prepare drink and salad carts before meal service. Greet residents warmly and ensure meals are served professionally, accurately, and on time. Deliver meals to cottages when necessary. Carry out full meal service protocols, including serving, clearing, and resetting tables. Communicate inventory or supply needs to the Housekeeping Manager/Executive Chef.

Qualifications

Experience in housekeeping, serving, or related roles is preferred. Strong communication skills and an approachable, friendly attitude. Ability to work well within a team. Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to support senior residents. Strong attention to detail and commitment to a clean, orderly environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
