Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team and assist the Lead Housekeeper. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, resident and patient care environments, including Memory Care and Assisted Living or Skill Nursing, residential properties, and commercial spaces. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors to ensure a pristine environment. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently while adhering to health and safety standards. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain an organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required; we value a willingness to learn. Familiarity with patient care environments is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated time frames.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
