A Typical Day as a Comfort Creator

• Bathroom, Bed Standard, General Room, and Hallway Care. Everything clean, tidy, and replenished every day. No exceptions, and no worries. You\xe2\x80\x99ll receive hands-on training, orientation of all spaces, and a mentor colleague to guide you in your earliest days with us. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also use our KAJ Comfort Creator Checklist which takes the guesswork out of the details, with ample time to deliver plenty of \xe2\x80\x9cyes and\xe2\x80\x9d moments to our guests.
• Restocking Comfort Creator Carts Most everything you need to provide exemplary service to our guests is available on four wheels. Each day, you\xe2\x80\x99ll replenish what you used from the cart to ensure your teammates are prepped and ready for the following day. Speaking of teammates...
• A Team of Comfort Creators One of the best parts about this role is working with colleagues who share your passion, drive, and commitment to service. You will be asked to assist other Comfort Creators throughout the day, and together, make a lasting impression with the guests about the space, the people, and their experience.
• Helpful, with a Side of Hustle There\xe2\x80\x99s never a dull moment in this role, as you are on your feet and moving most of the time. You\xe2\x80\x99ll log steps and maintain your physical health by actively moving up to eight hours per day and sometimes lifting up to 40 pounds. You and your teammates will consistently support each other to lend a hand as needed to ensure we\xe2\x80\x99re delivering the KAJ experience every day, with every guest.
