Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and staff. Previous experience in hospitality or janitorial services is highly desirable.

Duties

Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and mirrors; and sanitise bathrooms and kitchens. Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as required. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure the safety of guests and staff. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.

Skills

Previous hotel experience is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of hospitality standards. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services. Experience in janitorial roles or similar positions is advantageous. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
