We are looking for a

Housekeeper

to join our team at Meadows on Fairview Assisted Living in Wyoming, MN! This position is responsible for providing a clean, safe and pleasant environment for residents, staff and visitors.

Meadows on Fairview Senior Living,

is Ebenezer's 51 Unit Assisted Living and Transitional Care Community located in Wyoming, MN near Highway 35, County Roads 8, and 61. Conveniently across the street from Fairview Lakes Hospital and Dialysis center offering a full continuum of care for our residents. Our community is small enough to get to know your residents and co-workers yet large enough to provide you with opportunities and room to grow. Our tenured staff is dedicated to healing, discovering and educating for longer, healthier and substantial lives.

This schedule includes;64 hours per two weeks Day shift Every third weekend and holiday rotation

Responsibilities:Cleans resident and common areas of the community as assigned + Performs thorough cleaning of all assigned areas, including vacuums carpets, sweeps and mops hard floor surgaces, dusts and/or damp wipes surfaces, sanitizes bathrooms, and cleans all glass windows/mirrors
+ Prioritizes tasks and completes within allotted time
+ Assists in cleaning emergency spills as needed
+ Assumes other responsiblities as assigned
+ Follows cleaning schedule and instructions regarding specifcations of resident's individualized housekeeping needs
Performs job duties safely, using correct body mechanices and personal protective equipment + Safely mixes chemicals according to instructions provided by the manufacturer
+ Consistently follows safe body Mechanics
+ Demonstrates precautionary work practices for he safety of others in the work area, such as electic cords, wet floor signs, etc
+ Completes all OSHA training modules in a timely manner
Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies + Maintains housekeeping cart and storage area on daily basis
+ Safeguards ofthers' well-being by keeping chmicals and other hazardous materials locked when not in active use
+ Communicates supplies that need to be re-stocked
+ Communicates need for equipment repairs
+ Adheres to all Lockout/Tagout requirements per policy
Assists with light maintenance tasks as needed Participates actively in team meetings, reports on current state in the Community, providing feedback on housekeeping-related items as they arise


Required Qualifications:0-1 years of experience Ability to utilize software programs in order to complete work functions

Perferred Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED 1 to 3 years of experience Experience utilizing software programs such as Educare or TELS in order to complete necessary job functions

Qualifications:

$17.77- $25.64 Hourly
