to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of resident rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces to ensure a comfortable living environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitise resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, including dining rooms, lounges, and hallways.
Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are free from dirt and debris.
Change bed linens and towels, and replenish supplies as needed.
Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and personal clothing.
Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
Report any maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
Provide exceptional service to residents and respond to their needs and requests with kindness and professionalism.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous housekeeping experience, especially in a healthcare or senior living setting, is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift items as needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
