Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residents rooms, common areas, and public spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, and specialized floor care techniques Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction Handle waste disposal and ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to uphold safety standards Assist with deep cleaning projects and special sanitation tasks as needed Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management Follow established protocols for infection control and health safety measures

Skills

Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is advantageous Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning assignments and schedules Experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial management is a plus
