We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a pleasant environment for guests and staff alike, contributing to the overall hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to meet established cleanliness standards. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows, mirrors, and surfaces; and sanitize bathrooms. Change bed linens and towels regularly, ensuring fresh supplies are available for guests. Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Follow established procedures for handling chemicals and cleaning equipment safely. Assist with laundry services as needed, ensuring all linens are cleaned and folded properly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments when necessary. Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.

Skills

Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not required. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with custodial practices and housekeeping management principles is beneficial. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.

Pay: $13.59 - $14.53 per hour
