Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following.
Vacuum, dust, empty trash, organization and laundry.
Clean bathrooms carpets, entryway and furnishings.
Meal preparation.
Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the CEO.

Ability to multitask and willingness to learn.
Keeps household information confidential and respects family members.
Comes to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrates dependability and punctuality.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must posses a driver's license and clean driving record.
Must pass a background check.
Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with all family members.
Must be in good general health and demonstrate emotional stability.
Must be able to push, pull and move supplies, etc. in excess of fifty (50 pounds).
Must be able to move intermittently throughout the day with sitting, standing, bending and lifting.
Must be able to speak, read and write the English language in an understandable manner.
Must be familiar with cleaning supplies and/or chemicals and their uses.
Must possess excellent organizational skills (as he/she is required to complete duties within an allotted time period).
Must be clean, tidy and appropriately dressed.
Must be a proactive problem solver, upholds household expectations and efficiently produces in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to run errands via employer vehicle i.e. dry cleaning, grocery shopping, etc.
Other Requirements
Routinely performs duties in a safe and conscientious manner. Able to follow instruction, accept constructive criticism, and work harmoniously with others. Must have knowledge of professional cleaning equipment and supplies.
Possess the ability to deal tactfully with family members, visitors and vendors.
Be a minimum of 18 years of age and of good moral character.
Ability to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel.
Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to always communicate in a professional manner.
