The Environmental Services Housekeeper will provide a variety of cleaning and service oriented tasks to maintain the hospital in a sanitary, orderly and aesthetically pleasing condition. Good public/patient relations should also be evident at all times to develop a positive image of the hospital. The Housekeeper should exhibit cleaning skills and initiative along with personal and interactive skills and the ability to work with others and accept guidance from supervision.
- Follows specific procedure to perform terminal cleaning of patient rooms and prepares rooms for new patients.
- Uses industrial cleaning agents and equipment following appropriate safety procedures.
- Disposal of waste.
- Disinfecting and cleaning restrooms.
- Empties trash cans.
- Filling soap dispensers.
- 401(k)
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
