Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained. Manage floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Conduct laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas to ensure availability for guests. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain hygiene standards. Assist with special cleaning projects as required by management.

Skills

Experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices and procedures. Proficiency in floor care techniques and equipment operation. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement. Familiarity with custodial duties and industrial cleaning methods is a plus. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
