What you'll do

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure all surfaces are spotless. Collaborate with the housekeeping management team to uphold cleanliness standards and address any maintenance issues promptly. Utilize industrial cleaning techniques and equipment safely and effectively to maximize efficiency. Provide exceptional hospitality by responding to guest requests with a positive attitude and prompt service. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist in training new housekeeping staff on best practices and company standards.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting. Strong understanding of floor care techniques and equipment operation.

Preferred qualifications

Previous custodial or industrial cleaning experience is a plus. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is advantageous.
