Our focus is on delivering exceptional service, ensuring every guest enjoys their stay, and maintaining a warm, welcoming environment. As we continue to grow, we're looking to expand our housekeeping team to help us keep our charming inn spotless and welcoming!

Position Overview:

We are looking for an organized, reliable, and friendly Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our guest rooms, common areas, and other facilities. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for providing excellent guest service, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation. Ensure that rooms are well-stocked with amenities (towels, toiletries, etc.) and arrange items according to our inn's standards. Change bed linens, make beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize rooms regularly. Assist in laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to management. Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing requests and maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor. Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart and supply area. Follow all safety and cleaning protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently. Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual. Friendly and personable with a passion for hospitality. Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Flexibility with hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
