About the role

Hands-on cleaning guest rooms and all hotel area so that the hotel is clean, safe, and creates welcoming environment.

What you'll do

Deliver exceptional guest service and be visible/available throughout the hotel. Clean assigned rooms to brand standards and report maintenance issues. Complete and maintain QA documentation; uphold brand standards. Train and support team members; ensure daily workload is completed. Complete shift checklists and maintenance work orders on time. Assist in laundry as needed; other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Reliability: prompt, regular attendance; flexible with shifts/overtime. Safety-first mindset; professional appearance and behavior. Strong teamwork; follow reasonable requests from leaders. Participate in required training/meetings; report suspicious activity promptly.
