Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and residents. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Sanitate bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented. Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Execute floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, and buffing floors. Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks.

Experience

Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
